Infant Physical Therapy

If your baby seems uncomfortable much of the time—crying during or after feeds, struggling with reflux or gassiness, or resisting tummy time—you’re not imagining things. Many babies experience physical challenges in their first few months that can affect how they eat, sleep, and develop. Infant physical therapy is a gentle, supportive way to help your baby feel more at ease in their body and reach important milestones with comfort and confidence.

Our team specializes in working with infants who may be dealing with reflux, feeding discomfort, muscle tightness, or delayed motor skills. Some babies have difficulty turning their heads equally, lifting their heads during tummy time, or tolerating different positions. These signs can often be linked to underlying tension, immature reflexes, or digestive challenges that therapy can help address—with simple, soothing techniques tailored to your baby’s needs.

Our sessions are always hands-on, parent-involved, and play-based. We’ll work on improving your baby’s movement, digestion, and comfort through guided positioning, infant massage, tummy time tips, and stretches you can continue at home. You’ll learn how to support your baby’s body in a way that promotes better feeding, smoother sleep, and more enjoyable tummy time—without tears (from them or you). We go at your baby’s pace, creating a plan that works for your everyday routine.

If you’ve been told “they’ll grow out of it” but your instincts say otherwise, trust that voice. You deserve answers and support, and your baby deserves to feel good in their little body. Whether you’re concerned about reflux, gas, stiffness, or general discomfort, we are here to help you understand what’s going on and guide you every step of the way. You’re not alone, and we’ll figure it out together—gently and with care.
