Shoshanna Rubin

Helping children has always been my passion. Watching them grow and be successful is the most rewarding job I can ask for.

Areas of Expertise: I have been working as an occupational therapist since 2013 in a variety of both school and clinical settings. I work with children aged 0-18 with motor and sensorimotor deficits. I work on improving their core strength, stability, trunk control and overall posture which will help them improve their fine motor strength and overall functioning in school and other daily activities.

Education: I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Catherine's University and Masters of Occupational Therapy degree at New York University.

Specialized Training: I have taken courses that specialize and focus on handwriting skills, visual motor integration, posture stability and reflex integration. I am trained in “Let’s Do it Write” handwriting program.

Shoshana is an on call OT for MPTC.
